Sewing Level: Advanced Beginner
Sizes: 3 months – 24 months, 2T – 6T
Suggested Fabrics: Knit fabrics with at least 25% stretch, such as french terry, sweatshirting, stretch fleece, double knit, interlock or sweater knit. If the main fabric has minimum stretch, use stretchier fabric or ribbing for sleeve and neck bands.
Applique Fabrics: any scrap fabrics are suitable for applique.
Heart applique requires 5.5″ x 5.5″ (14cm x 14cm) scrap of fabric for baby sizing, and 6.25″ x 6.25″ (16cm x 16cm) scrap of fabric for toddler sizing.
Bear applique requires 9.75″ x 4.75″ (25cm x 12cm) scrap of fabric for baby sizing, and 11.75″ x 5.5″ (30cm x 14cm) scrap of fabric for toddler sizing. A small scrap of 2″x2″ (5cm x 5cm) fabric is needed for Bear’s nose and eyes.

Additional Supplies: ballpoint needle, thread, marking tool, fusible mesh stabilizer or fusible interfacing.
