Taking Measurements

Grab a tape measure and stand in front of a mirror. Ideally, take your measurements wearing only your undergarments; however, close-fitting or thin clothes will do just fine.
When measuring yourself, pull the tape snug, but not too tight. It should not dig into your body, nor should it be loose.
Place the tape parallel to the floor and make sure it is not twisted.
Bust – measure around the fullest part of the bust.
Waist – measure the smallest part of the waist right where the body bends.
Hips – measure the widest part of your hips.
